Refund policy

At Eyaana Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance / sale items
  • Consumable items once opened
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), we will cover return shipping where applicable.
  • If the return is for personal preference, shipping charges may be deducted or borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund may be offered as per policy.
